Holiday house Villa Rosa is  situated  in the front row to the beach, restfully but still centrally located with a tremendous view to the sea.
The beach with its sands and shingle is only 1 minute by foot, 70 m away; there are also magnificent stone-pines- you will enjoy yourself lying in their shade.
The house disposes of 3 apartments. Each apartment has its own living-room with kitchen and add. sofa bad, an electric water kettle, microwave, a bedroom with twin-beds or double-bed, a TV satellite with hunderd of programmes, DVD, safe, a shower, a toilet and a balcony or terrace with a table and chairs. Private parking is provided free of charge.
The garden has a huge barbecue for your own free use, a number of garden chairs, a table, a rocking chair and an outdoor- shower with warm water.
The price for one apartment includes bed linen, towels (except beach towels), a completely furnished kitchen with all necessary crockery and cutlery, the consumption of electricity and water, air-conditioner as well as the final cleaning.
Nearby are tennis-courts, a diving school, a minigolf, grocery shops, beach restaurants and bars.
On the beach you can rent pedalo-boats, kayaks, scooters and deck-chairs. You can find several restaurants, fashion shops, supermarkets, doctor, dentist, a post office and several exchange offices, away only 10-15 minutes by foot.
